* Overseeing and triaging work requests to ensure timely and efficient resolution
* Conducting regular audits and reporting on routine maintenance and servicing requirements
* Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance maintenance services
* Coordinating emergency and after-hours maintenance requirements
* Leading and managing the Maintenance team, including performance management and development

**Requirements:**

* Demonstrated experience in a similar role leading a team
* Trade qualification (highly desirable)

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* National Police Clearance
* Current Influenza Statement and Covid 19 Vaccinations (highly desirable)
