About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Bega Excellence Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to support our Bentley site in developing a lean manufacturing culture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching at all site levels, providing guidance through Lean processes, and leading the Bega Excellence operating system. Additionally, the position will play a key role in designing and delivering site cost/value creation and improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, syndicate, and steward the Bega Excellence operating system.
  • Accelerate the implementation of core best practices and support internal capability.
  • Drive and support a common approach to financial and operational performance reporting, driving optimal outcomes.
  • Lead optimisation projects that relate to business intelligence reporting and internal processes.
  • Enhance and standardise waste management and reporting processes, capability, and systems.
About You
  • Experience in Best Practices and/or continuous improvement in an FMCG environment.
  • Sound knowledge of LEAN manufacturing or Manufacturing Excellence (Six Sigma belt advantageous).
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members, and engage with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Capable of managing change and bringing others along on the journey.
