About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Fitness Coach to lead our Coaching Zone team and deliver high-quality group sessions. As the leader of Coaching Zone, you will be responsible for driving the success of our small group training program and delivering exceptional results for our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and lead a team of dedicated trainers to deliver results-focused HIIT classes.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to grow the Coaching Zone program through social media engagement and local marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to drive sales, support, and training initiatives to grow the program.
Requirements
- Proven leadership and coaching experience in a fitness environment.
- Ability to engage and coordinate a group of clients to achieve exceptional results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with team members and clients.
- Certificate IV in Fitness and current registration with Fitness Australia.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Desirable Qualifications
- Level 1 Boxing certification.
- Level 1 Kettlebell certification.
- Strength and Conditioning Level 1 certification.
- Effective Movement Trainer/ Mechanics of Lifting/Function Training certification.
