Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior Financial Strategist to join our team at ASC Pty Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing corporate and program finance activities, supporting financial decisions across ASC, managing and maintaining ASC's insurance and risk, and managing ASC's infrastructure master plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Manage ASC's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, tax and auditing. Ensure financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet the short and long-term strategic business objectives and are conducted in accordance with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.
  • Risk and Insurance: Management and oversight of ASC's insurance and risk strategies, including business continuity planning and sustainability strategies
  • Infrastructure Planning: Management of ASC's Infrastructure planning including long term strategies.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement ASC's financial strategy
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and communication of monthly financial reporting & financial statement preparation. Ensure the timely reporting of key financial data and updates to the CFCO, CEO, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders
Candidate Profile

We are looking for a CA or CPA qualified Finance Professional with significant experience in senior finance leadership roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and risk management.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to link what the business is doing and saying, to the financial strategy corporate plan.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus superannuation and a range of employee benefits.
