At Mineral Resources, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the operational financial planning and analysis function, working closely with various finance and operational stakeholders to ensure alignment on key deliverables and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of regular executive financial reporting and presentations
  • Preparation of consolidated budgets, forecasts, and other ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making and drive insights
  • Financial model building and improvement in Anaplan and Microsoft Excel
  • Communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to source data, understand drivers, and support delivery on identified improvement projects

Requirements:

  • Tertiary degree in Accounting and CA/CPA qualified
  • Extensive experience in finance, including accounting, business planning, financial analysis, and management reporting
  • Experience in mining or a comparable/related industry preferred
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proven experience in process improvement, model building, and proficiency with Anaplan and Power BI
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
