We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Risk Management Strategist to join our team at ASC. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality risk management services within the organisation.

Job Description:

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve risk management frameworks and infrastructure to support ASC's corporate strategy and operations.
  • Manage business continuity crisis management procedures in accordance with relevant standards and governance frameworks.
  • Drive a performance-based culture to deliver exceptional risk management services.
  • Provide specialist advice on complex risk matters and serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders.
  • Builddin t|ain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide timely, accurate, and appropriate risk services.
  • Oversee an effective global insurance program to mitigate ongoing and developing risks.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business Administration, or Engineering, along with a professional certification in Risk Management.
  • A minimum of ten years' experience in Enterprise Risk Management.
  • Extensive proven experience in Risk Management, Compliance, and Business Continuity, as well as external regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Technical knowledge of management, insurance, and risk management, along with the ability to drive change within a large, complex organisation.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a multi-disciplined skilled team.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent time management skills.
  • Experience within the Defence Industry.

Eligibility:

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.

Estimated Salary: AU$160,000 - AU$220,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
