About This Role: As an Ethical Sourcing Manager, you will lead specialists and program managers in designing and delivering ethical sourcing strategy for suppliers of food and beverages. You will also provide expert oversight for governance activities, including benchmarking, education, modern slavery reporting, policy, and stakeholder engagement.

You will:

  • Lead and synergise emerging teams to create a great team culture.
  • Represent the Ethical Sourcing team to stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to Business Units on supplier non-conformance and compliance methods.
  • Use data management skills to provide accurate updates on recommendations and next steps.
  • Communicate and support suppliers and stakeholders on program compliance issues.
  • Identify coaching needs and develop information for suppliers.

About You: We are looking for someone with experience in ethical sourcing, risk, compliance, or equivalent roles. You should have strong leadership and strategic skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
