Responsible Sourcing Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our responsible sourcing efforts.

  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ethical sourcing, compliance frameworks and traceability systems.
  • A strong strategic thinker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills is required.

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the ethical, sustainable and transparent sourcing of products and materials across our supply chain.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies aligned with our company values and sustainability goals.
  2. Conduct due diligence on suppliers and regions, monitoring compliance with labour standards and international human rights guidelines.
  3. Lead initiatives to map and monitor supply chains for improved traceability of raw materials.
  4. Implement digital tools and collaborate with third-party platforms or certifications to verify and report supply chain data.
  5. Manage social and environmental audits across the supplier base, analysing results and leading corrective action planning where needed.
  6. Coordinate with third-party auditors, NGOs and industry bodies to stay ahead of compliance trends and regulatory changes.

The successful candidate will be passionate about sustainability in the fashion industry and have a strong knowledge of our business practices.
