Job Description

We are seeking a key professional to lead our efforts in responsible sourcing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in this field, with strong knowledge of social compliance standards and labour rights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diligently develop and implement sustainable sourcing strategies, aligning with company values and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough supplier evaluations and monitor compliance with labour standards and international human rights guidelines.
  • Leverage digital tools to enhance supply chain traceability and collaboration with external partners.
  • Oversee social and environmental audits across the supplier base, driving corrective action planning where necessary.
  • Educate stakeholders on internal policies and relevant laws, such as the Modern Slavery Act.
  • Maintain accurate records and dashboards on ethical sourcing KPIs and traceability progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Substantial experience in responsible sourcing, sustainability, or ethical trade within the fashion or retail sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of social compliance standards and labour rights.
  • Proven track record in managing social and environmental audits and corrective action plans.
  • Awareness of local and international regulations and frameworks.
