• Develop and implement governance structures, policies, and procedures to maintain transparency and accountability across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that enhance supplier experience and internal team efficiency.
• Maintain and analyze program data to provide actionable recommendations on supplier compliance and process optimization.

{:Requirements}To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• 3-5 years' experience in sourcing, risk management, compliance, data management, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in assessing risks associated with process changes and designing mitigation strategies.
• Experience in integrating new technologies to automate processes and improve efficiencies.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining process documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure alignment with process changes.
• Background in sourcing and human rights, with knowledge of international standards and social compliance audit schemes like Sedex.
