
Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for owning, investigating and solving customer technical issues. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a strong passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to and resolving customer technical issues by collaborating with internal teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.
- Developing specific technical and professional proficiency to enable resolution of customer issues through training and readiness.
- Identifying potential product defects and escalating appropriately to resolve, contributing to product improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
- OR 5+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
- OR equivalent experience.
