Job Description

To manage this growth, we're hiring a Senior Recruiter within our Customer Engineering team to build relationships with hiring managers, source top-tier talent, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Partner with hiring managers to set data-driven recruiting strategies and close candidates.
  2. Develop sourcing strategies using social networking and direct sourcing techniques.
  3. Engage with candidates from screening to offer negotiation.
  4. Leverage Greenhouse for candidate tracking and reporting.
  5. Establish relationships with client groups to understand business objectives and challenges.
  6. Partner with the HR team on compensation, benefits, and global mobility.
  7. Create a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment at a software or technology company.
  2. Experience recruiting professionals across various roles, including Professional Services, Technical Services, and Pre-Sales.
  3. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, enabling leaders as a trusted advisor.
  4. A proven record of creative sourcing strategies.
  5. Data-driven mentality with demonstrated ability to use data for recruiting strategy.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while wearing multiple hats.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Estimated Salary: AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum
