Product Innovation Director

Drive business growth through innovative product design and vision leadership.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders across design, product, and engineering to drive high-quality outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead design for key initiatives, mentor designers, and help us continually raise the bar for quality, usability, and craft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set the design vision and direction for mobile experiences by partnering closely with Design, Product, and Development leaders.
  • Work with Design Research and Product colleagues to identify research opportunities, plan and undertake research and testing.
  • Promote design value and collaborative practice across the organization.
  • Present and communicate design work effectively to different audiences.
  • Challenge current solutions and explore new interaction solutions that meet customer needs better.
  • Create prototypes to demonstrate proposed concepts or solutions.
  • Influence and support designers to deliver high-quality product experiences.
  • Develop phased design solutions that bridge the gap between future and current patterns.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of designing native mobile experiences across iOS and Android.
  • The ability to solve customers' problems through design thinking and execution.
  • Mastery of the entire design process from uncovering customer needs and pain points to executing elegant interfaces.
  • Excellent communication skills.
