Position Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Architecture, Planning, Urban Design, or Landscape Architecture.
  • Professional licensure nearing completion; LEED accreditation strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Significant experience in large-scale planning and mixed-use development.
  • Effective communication through written, oral, and visual means.
  • Expertise in graphic software and AI tools in urban design processes.
