Design Visionary

The selected candidate will work closely with agile squads to drive operational efficiency and business process streamlining initiatives.
Key service design projects include research, analysis, identification of challenges, and opportunities to enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Co-designing contemporary service concepts using Human-Centred Design principles.
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative user research to develop current and future-state service enhancements.
- Developing journey maps, business process maps, design briefs, acceptance criteria, and personas.
Requirements include:
- Practical service design experience in double diamond methodology, co-design, and HCD.
- Ability to think creatively and unpack complex problems using research methods.
- Experience leading service design projects and mentoring junior designers.
- Flexibility in working in ambiguity and change environments.
Preferrable qualifications include Australian citizenship or lived experience with disability or alignment with social causes. Experience with low-maturity Agile and continuous improvement mindset is also desirable.
Required tools include JIRA, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Qualtrics, Miro, or Creately. Visual design skills are a plus.
