Lead Educator and Centre Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Educator and Centre Manager to join our early learning team. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of providing exceptional educational experiences for young children, while also leading and developing a high-performing team.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care for children aged 0-5 years
  • Develop and implement centre-wide programs that align with the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve centre outcomes
  • Build and maintain relationships with families, staff, and external partners
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing, programming, health and safety, and quality improvement initiatives

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar leadership role
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
