Minimum Requirements for the Lead Educator & Educator Role

  • Completed or working towards your Diploma in Children's Services
  • Experience working in a Lead Educator Role
  • Working with Children Check (must be an employee)
  • Level 2 First Aid (ACECQA recognised course code)
  • Asthma Management (ACECQA recognised course code)
  • Anaphylaxis Management (ACECQA recognised course code)
  • Child protection training
  • Passion for Early Education
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The drive to learn and develop
