Lead Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our early education team. As an Educational Leader, you will be responsible for fostering the growth and development of young minds.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and care, with a diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field. You will also need to hold a current Working with Children's Check and have experience in a similar role.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing our Lifelong Learning Curriculum, which is based on the belief that learning and development occur most successfully when supported by nurturing and engaged educators, in partnership with families and communities.
Our centre prioritizes the safety, rights, and wellbeing of all children and promotes a culture of child safety with a zero-tolerance approach to child abuse and harm.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a team of educators and teachers
- Implementing our curriculum and ensuring high-quality educational programs
- Developing and maintaining relationships with families and the wider community
