Job Title: Education Centre Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Education Centre Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality educational services. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and development of our organisation.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing teams, developing and implementing educational programs, and building strong relationships with industry stakeholders. They will be responsible for driving best practice educational delivery methods, developing and nurturing a team of dedicated professionals, and fostering strong industry relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead by example and drive best practice educational delivery methods and course design.
- Team Management: Develop and nurture a team of dedicated professionals committed to excellence.
- Industry Relationships: Foster strong industry relationships to ensure educational offerings meet industry expectations.
- Operational Planning: Translate strategic goals into operational plans and deliver results against organisational goals.
- Financial Management: Manage financial budgets and activities with sound commercial acumen.
Requirements:
- A tertiary degree in business, management, or learning-related discipline and/or equivalent work experience.
- Vocational qualification in specific learning areas or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Current VET Diploma in TAE50116, TAE50216, or TAE50122 containing 200 hours of supervised practicum, or higher VET qualification.
- Experience leading teams, managing financial budgets, and delivering results against organisational goals.
