Job Title: Site Operations Manager

Role Overview

The site operations manager is a critical role within the remedial construction team. This position involves taking the lead on complex projects, coordinating site activities, and ensuring excellence in delivery across various work portfolios.

This role is hands-on, responsible for ensuring that all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with quality and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate site activities to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
  • Promote a strong safety-first culture, enforcing compliance with WHS requirements
  • Monitor project progress and address issues affecting timelines or budgets
  • Liaise with engineers, clients, and subcontractors to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle

  • Maintain detailed site records, including daily diaries, timesheets, and material usage

Qualifications

  • Solid technical understanding of concrete and steel repair methods, coatings, and temporary works
  • Experience in marine structures, FRP systems, or specialist remedial construction (highly regarded)
