The Remedial Project Manager will oversee the growth of our Remedial division, guiding cladding, waterproofing, concrete remediation and structural rectification works from conceptualisation to completion.

Responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans, estimating costs, preparing detailed bids, identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, coordinating subcontractors, conducting site inspections and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

  • At least 5 years management experience in remedial residential projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards related to remedial projects (Structural and Cladding rectifications).
  • A strong network in the construction and insurance sectors.
  • Proven ability to estimate project costs and prepare bids.
  • Experience working with remedial builders, certifiers and strata managers.
