Site Supervisor Job Opportunity

The Site Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the daily management of remedial construction sites, responsible for ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with quality and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate site activities and allocate resources to guarantee timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Promote and enforce a strong safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues affecting timelines or budgets.
  • Liaise with engineers, clients, and subcontractors to maintain alignment across the project lifecycle.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead from the front and ensure our remedial projects are delivered safely and efficiently.

Requirements:
  • 5–10 years of supervisory experience in the construction or remediation industry.
  • Proven capability in delivering complex works on active construction or industrial sites.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills – able to motivate and drive performance.
  • A high level of accountability and financial awareness, with experience tracking productivity and costs.
  • Solid technical understanding of concrete and steel repair methods, coatings, and temporary works.
