Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Contract Administrator, Site Manager, and Project Manager in both office and site environments.
  • Procure materials, obtain quotes, conduct tender evaluations, and prepare scopes and contracts.
  • Enforce safety protocols, place material orders, coordinate equipment, and oversee permits.
  • Assist with financials, including reporting and supplier/trade payments.
  • Schedule meetings, document minutes, and ensure tasks are tracked and completed.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role across residential construction or remedial insurance building.
  • Commitment to quality and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with remedial builders, certifiers, and strata managers is highly regarded.
