Program Management: A Key Role in Delivering Quality Support

Job Summary

The position of Program Manager plays a pivotal role in the operational management of Supported Independent Living facilities. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day activities and ensure high-quality support to clients.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our team and drive excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing client intake procedures, rostering, and scheduling, as well as social and day program provision, financial management of fees and funds, transitions of care, and client discharges.
  • Monitoring financial performance, collaborating on quality management systems, and allocating resources efficiently to meet service delivery requirements.
  • Ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, managing contractors and suppliers, and providing emergency on-call agency support as needed.
  • Workforce planning and management, supervising workers from recruitment to performance appraisal, addressing job-related needs, and handling workforce grievances and complaints.
  • Establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including CEO, Director of Finance, Operations Facility Manager, Disability Support Workers, and Board members.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving excellence.
