This role plays a vital part in driving business success as a key member of our dynamic and collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to plan workforce needs and recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from job advertising to hiring decisions.
- Develop employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives.
- Build talent pipelines through networking and industry engagement.
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process for a seamless experience.
- Coach managers on recruitment best practices.
- Oversee talent development and succession planning.
- Support HR projects and compliance with employment agreements.
About you
We are looking for a highly motivated professional with a passion for people and collaboration. Skilled in delivering exceptional customer service, effective communication, and strategic thinking.
A tertiary qualification in Business or Human Resources is required.
To be eligible for this role you must have the right to live and work in Australia.
As part of our recruitment process you will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment medical.
