The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and organized Graduate to join our friendly and collaborative People & Culture team as a P&C Assistant. This role provides crucial support in various HR functions, including recruitment, learning and development, onboarding and offboarding, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment by advertising vacancies, screening applications, and arranging interviews.
- Coordinate our Graduate and Vacationer recruitment and training programs.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
- Monitor the team inbox and respond to queries from employees and managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data and produce regular and ad-hoc reporting as required.
Requirements
- A qualification in HR Management or a related field.
- A keen interest in pursuing a career in HR.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to different stakeholders.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is highly desirable.
About You
