Job Opportunity

A career opening exists for a strategic lead to guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality services using various technology choices and Dynamics 365.

This role demands technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategic outcomes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enabling related teams to deliver high-quality services at pace while maintaining integral systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support cross-functional technology and design teams.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Foster adherence to guidelines for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Determine root causes of platform-specific incidents.
  • Liaise with relevant teams to develop corrective actions or viable workarounds for major incidents.
  • Integrate new infrastructure services based on designs and participate in automation, consolidation, and centralization projects.
  • Evaluate work according to required standards, methods, and procedures.
  • Contribute to architecture and product roadmap development.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in an IT discipline or related field.
  • ITIL v3 or v4 certification (highly desirable).
  • Experience with Azure Cloud services (mandatory) and DevOps (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in .NET / C# including Web Services development and deployment (desirable).
  • Experience with ISV solutions (desirable).
  • Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, or other SQL experience (desirable).
  • Familiarity with the health insurance industry (desirable).
