About this role:
The Technology Project Lead will leverage their expertise in strategic business planning, technological innovation and project management best practices to drive technology projects across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple technology projects from initiation to completion
- Create a high-performing team environment that applies an enterprise lens to all solutions
- Build, mentor and lead cross-functional delivery teams
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies across the portfolio
- Ensure delivery meets agreed quality standards and compliance requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10 years' experience leading technology change in medium to large enterprises
- Demonstrated experience in best practice project management across multiple methodologies
- Proven relationship management experience working with senior managers and staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Project, Business, Engineering or IT
