Strategic Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary Director of Strategic Technology to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation in shaping Australia's industrial capability.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic IT plans aligned with business goals and growth. Key responsibilities include leading our technology portfolio, designing and implementing enterprise architecture, and building a high-performing technology team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic IT plans that align with business objectives.
- Lead NRFC's technology portfolio, ensuring infrastructure, systems, and networks meet best practice and compliance standards.
- Design and implement enterprise and data architecture to support innovation and scale.
- Build and inspire a high-performing, collaborative technology team.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team on how technology can drive innovation and business value.
Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience in technology leadership, ideally within financial services or investment environments.
- Proven success in start-up or scale-up environments would be an extra strength.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate tech into business value.
- Expertise in Microsoft technologies (Azure, Office 365) and modern IT practices.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and team development skills.
