Lead Educator in Early Childhood Montessori Environment

This is a unique opportunity to join an esteemed child care centre as an Lead Educator and Montessori specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a Kindergarten Classroom of children aged between 2.5 to 5 years old.

The ideal candidate will have a holistic approach to education, engaging partnership with families to support children's learning through Montessori education. They will build strong rapport with all families and children, preparing them for life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow team members.
  • Support the vision of Montessori Education through strategic thinking and communication with stakeholders.
  • Implement best practices in Montessori and contemporary education.
  • Build alliances and relationships with the community and surrounding networks.
  • Support room educators in their Montessori journey.
  • Maintain room presentation to the highest standard.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • ACECQA recognised degree in Education (Early Childhood).
  • Experience within the Early Childhood sector.
  • Experience in a Montessori setting.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Strong inclusive team member with effective communication skills.
