Job DescriptionAs Educational Leader, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating educators to provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes children's learning and development.
You will lead the development and implementation of the education program by promoting children's well-being, development, and learning.

Selection Criteria- A Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent;
- Minimum three years' experience in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting;
- Comprehensive working knowledge of the approved learning framework;
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Working knowledge of child development, attachment, learning;
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification;
The position requires effective leadership, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can work collaboratively with families and the school community to deliver high-quality education and care services.
