About the Role
We are seeking Expressions of Interest for multiple Sales & Service consultants for our future intakes across Sydney.
As a Sales & Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers and focused on converting inquiries into sales and retention outcomes. You will work in a high-energy environment, handling challenging customer conversations and evolving with the business's changing needs.
About You
- Previous customer experience, for example, sales, hospitality or retail.
- A willingness to learn, develop and self-motivate.
- Solutions focused, with the ability to think critically and analyse specific situations.
- Basic computer skills – ability to troubleshoot basic tech.
