Role Overview

This position is a key part of our team, serving as the initial point of contact for various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nutrition Advice and Support

You will provide expert nutrition advice to consumers and healthcare professionals through multiple communication channels. This includes phone, email, and social media.

Product Information and Assessment

You will offer detailed product information and conduct nutritional assessments to support global nutrition initiatives within the company.

Research and Development

Conducting research on clinical papers to gather relevant data and extract supporting claims is essential in this role.

Careline Enquiries and Complaints

You will develop and maintain comprehensive Careline enquiry and complaint resources, including frequently asked questions (FAQs).

Content Review and Creation

Reviewing website and blog content, including product reviews, ensures accuracy and compliance with our standards.

Supporting Global Initiatives

Assisting in the development and implementation of global nutrition initiatives, including ingredient reviews and nutrition standards.

Requirements
  • Qualifications

A degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Food Science is preferred, with APD status being advantageous.

Understanding of Nutritional Concepts

Strong knowledge of nutritional terminology and concepts is essential.

Communication Skills

Clear, confident communication skills are vital, encompassing both written and verbal interactions.

Professional Approach

A professional, calm, and people-focused approach is required, demonstrating curiosity, initiative, and passion for translating science into real-world impact.

Traits Required

Familiarity with nutritional terminology and concepts, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
