About the Role
This is a fantastic entry point for a recent Nutrition or Dietetics graduate eager to apply their knowledge in a global, science-led company. Reporting to the Group Head of Nutrition, you will play a key role in supporting both our Australia andNew Zealand Careline service and our global nutrition strategy.
You'll be the first point of contact for consumers, suppliers and healthcare professionals, ensuring enquiries and product-related questions are handled with care, professionalism, and accuracy. Alongside this, you'll contribute to the implementation of the global nutrition strategy, including substantiating claims, providing nutrition comparisons and reviews, and developing ingredient and nutrition standard policies. —gaining invaluable exposure to the inner workings of a global FMCG brand.
What you'll be doing:
- Respond to consumer and healthcare enquiries via phone, email, and social channels.
- Provide nutritional assessment and product advice to healthcare professionals and consumers with clarity and professionalism.
- Research and read clinical papers to consolidate information and extract substantiating claims.
- careline enquiry and complaint related resources like our 'Frequently Asked Questions'.
- Review website and blog content, including product reviews
- Support the development and maintain the Careline resources such as FAQs and product content.
- Support global nutrition initiatives, including ingredient reviews and nutrition standards.
