Act as the first point of contact for consumers, suppliers, and healthcare professionals, providing nutrition advice and supporting global nutrition initiatives at a science-led FMCG company.
Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
Respond to consumer and healthcare enquiries via phone, email, and social channels.
Provide nutritional assessment and product advice to healthcare professionals and consumers with clarity and professionalism.
Research and read clinical papers to consolidate information and extract substantiating claims.
Develop and maintain Careline enquiry and complaint resources such as FAQs.
Review website and blog content, including product reviews.
Support global nutrition initiatives, including ingredient reviews and nutrition standards.
Support both Australia and New Zealand Careline service and global nutrition strategy, reporting to the Group Head of Nutrition.
About You
The company is looking for:
A recent degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Food Science (APD status advantageous).
Strong understanding of nutritional terminology and concepts.
Clear, confident communication skills—both written and verbal.
A professional, calm, and people-focused approach.
Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for translating science into real-world impact.
