Lead Digital Learning Experience

We're seeking an exceptional Digital Learning Lead to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of leadership at our organization. As part of this transformation, you'll be crafting digital learning experiences that empower leaders across regions to adapt, connect, and deliver with impact.

This is a hands-on, creative role within a high-performing global team. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to design digital learning collections that can be localised and delivered by our regions. From primers and hooks to digital modules and videos, your work will help leaders connect with content that matters.

  1. Design and develop digital learning assets: Support leadership development across all levels by creating engaging digital learning experiences.
  2. Create compelling content: Craft primers, videos, microlearning, and digital learning content that motivates leaders to engage and apply what they learn.
  3. Advise on media and formats: Recommend the best media and formats to deliver learning outcomes effectively.

You'll bring a confident communication style and a passion for creating learning that makes a real impact. With proven experience in digital learning design, especially for leadership or people development audiences, you'll possess strong instructional design skills and a portfolio of digital content that drives behaviour change.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Communication: Proven ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Creativity: A creative approach to designing digital learning experiences that engage and motivate leaders.
  • Instructional Design: Strong understanding of instructional design principles and practices.
  • eLearning Platforms: Proficiency in tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and other eLearning platforms.
