**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
As the Learning Design Advisor, you will be part of an experienced and supportive team that is responsible for designing, developing, coordinating, and assessing learning solutions across the organisation.
You will:
- Complete end-to-end learning design and delivery
- Advise on fit-for-purpose learning solutions including online, virtual and/or face-to-face learning solutions using various methodologies and authoring tools
- Develop and monitor metrics to evaluate effectiveness of learning solutions
- Contribute to team success by working collaboratively with team members, sharing ideas, knowledge and experience, and seeking to learn from others.
**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
To be successful in this role, you will be well versed in end-to-end learning design and delivery, including stakeholder briefings, learning needs analysis, design and production.
Your background will demonstrate your:
- Proven experience in instructional design in a corporate environment
- High quality interpersonal and professional communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with individuals and teams with different levels of technical knowledge
- Experience managing a wide range of stakeholders and balancing conflicting perspectives or requirements
- Experience administering a Learning Management System
- Experience with authoring tools e.g. Articulate 360, Captivate, animation software
- Ability to exercise effective perspective, sensitivity and creativity to changing needs and situations
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, HR, Psychology, Instructional Design or equivalent
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or working towards (highly desirable).
