Job Title: Radiology Administration Team Lead

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to lead our Radiology Administration Team. As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for managing the team and providing support and mentoring to the reception teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the site Clerical Team and provide training, support, and guidance to the reception teams.
  • Ensure all reception Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved and upheld.
  • Effectively manage the appointment diary for maximum efficiency.
  • Oversee the procurement and inventory management of office supplies.
  • Collaborate closely with the site Radiographer in Charge to provide effective management and support for staff.
  • Ensure practice and clerical appearance standards are maintained.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in Radiology administration is essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience is highly desirable.
  • Able to support the team and practices with leadership abilities.
  • Experience using RIS platforms - ideally Karisma.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of radiology billing policies and procedures.
  • Excellence in customer service delivery.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on delivering high-quality work.
