Radiology Medical Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic medical professional to fill a part-time role at our practice. This position offers the potential for permanent hours in the future.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, administration, and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A friendly and professional telephone manner is essential, along with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Booking appointments and coordinating with healthcare professionals
- Entering patient information into our electronic system
- Opening and closing procedures
- Familiarity with radiology terminology and Medicare codes is beneficial
- Experience as a medical receptionist or administrator
- Understanding of radiology terminology and Medicare codes preferred
- CURRENT driver's licence (if required)
