**About Us**

South Coast Radiology, one of the largest radiology groups in the Gold Coast region and Southeast Queensland, is seeking an ambitious individual to fill the role of Clerical In Charge.

**Job Description**

As the driving force behind our Radiology Reception Team at our state-of-the-art Benowa site, you will be responsible for ensuring top-notch service and excellence in diagnostic imaging. Your key responsibilities include managing the diary, handling patient data, and maintaining practice revenue.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ensure high-quality customer service and accuracy in patient data management

- Manage the diary effectively to ensure efficient workflow

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

For this role, we are looking for an individual with:

- Radiology administration experience essential

- Leadership experience with the ability to support the team and practices

- Experience using RIS platforms (Karisma or similar)

- Knowledge and understanding of radiology billing policies and procedures

- Detailed analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and focus on completing high-quality work
