As the face of our organisation, you will gain experience and exposure to all areas of radiology whilst working alongside our Radiologists, dedicated technical and an amazing hardworking administration team.

Offering you **Fulltime hours 38 per week, working Monday to Friday between 7.00am - 5.30pm (8hrs shifts)** at one of our practices on the Gold Coast at **Benowa, Miami, Burleigh, Southport, Tweed Heads, Robina, Runaway Bay, Hope Island, Pimpama, Coomera, Oxenford, or Tugun.**

Reporting to the onsite Clerical in Charge (CIC), you will be required to

As part of our amazing receptionist team, you will need to be adaptable and be flexible to be rostered across various sites as required.
- Greet all patients & register them on arrival
- Answer the telephone for patient/referrer enquiries (our booking team is there to help too)
- Scheduling of appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system - Karisma
- Providing patients of preparation requirements prior to their arrival
- Quoting fees and Medicare rebates to patients
- Processing DVA and third-party insurance claims
- Patient accounts are settled on departure by processing gap payments as required

**How will You fit this role?**
- Have a courteous, professional, and sensitive manner
- Experience in a Radiology administration or a patient facing role (highly desirable)
- Must have a current drivers license and car
- Exposure to medical imaging terminology (highly desirable)
- Exceeds patient and referrer expectations
- Personal attributes that show patients care, compassion, and empathy
- Analytical skills to optimise appointment slots
- Strong attention to detail and focus on completing high quality work
- An ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
