About the RoleWe are seeking a Medical Receptionist to work in our busy diagnostic imaging practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing appointments, liaising with professional staff and doctors, and entering patient details into our computerized system.
Key Responsibilities- Booking of appointments
- Liaison with Professional Staff and Doctors
- Entering patient details into computerised system
- Opening and Closing Procedures
- Experience as a Radiology Receptionist
- Data entry experience (as applicable)
- Administration experience
- Understanding of radiology terminology and Medicare codes preferred
- Right to work in Australia
- Current Australian driver's licence (if required for the role)
