We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our speech pathology services.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality speech therapy services, train, and supervise junior staff members. You will be responsible for leading our team of Speech Pathologists in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients in various settings.
About the Role- You will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of Speech Pathologists to provide high-quality speech therapy services.
- Develop treatment goals using clinical observations and standardized assessments.
- Provide formal supervision and training to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to projects that improve clinical practice or service delivery.
- Participate in regular peer group supervision with allocated mentors and staff members.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Speech Pathologist and current SPA registration.
- Experience delivering services under the NDIS and leadership experience.
- Experience providing training and supervision to other Speech Pathologists.
- A passion for being a leader in your field and delivering quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
