We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who wants to make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in occupational therapy, maturity, and strong time management and organisational skills. They will provide supports to cover NDIS participants living in various areas, including Maitland, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Central Coast, and surrounding regions.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing an allocated caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services.
- Assessing participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
- Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
- Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals.
- Mentoring and nurturing early career clinicians.
- Maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.
