Civil Maintenance Project Coordinator

At Central Highlands Water, our mission is to create a thriving and sustainable region by providing the highest quality water-related services.
We seek an experienced coordinator to lead the Proactive Civil Maintenance team in planning, coordination, and delivery of scheduled preventative civil maintenance.
This role involves leading the monitoring, triaging, dispatch, and customer fault services across water and wastewater networks.
To be successful, you will have experience in leading and motivating effective and responsible maintenance teams across multiple locations.
You will possess demonstrated safety leadership and working knowledge of safety regulations, as well as proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
In addition, you will have demonstrated experience in managing delivery of contracted works, problem-solving and analytical skills, and a Victorian Drivers' Licence.
As a member of our team, you will have access to training and development opportunities that will further develop your knowledge and skills.
