About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Business Partner to join our South Queensland region. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Senior Finance Business Partner or Finance Manager to provide proactive support to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide trusted financial advice to key stakeholders to align business direction and financial strategies.
  • Promptly identify and mitigate key business risks affecting the business.
  • Support Project Managers and Directors with pricing and commercial analysis for project proposals and major projects.
  • Ensure accurate project setup and billing requirements in our project management system.
  • Conduct monthly analytical reviews of projects to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Finance role or with transferable skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong adherence to professional ethics and confidentiality.
  • Experience in a professional service, construction, or project environment is highly desirable.
