About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Coordinator to support our end-to-end Christmas retail recruitment process across all our brands, including kikki.K. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for placing advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating recruitment open days.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advertisement Management: Place advertisements for all store-based roles across various online platforms.
  • Resume Screening: Screen and shortlist potential candidates, engaging with them to discuss their qualifications and experience.
  • Recruitment Open Days: Coordinate and assist with Recruitment Open Days, Group and One-On-One interviews to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Candidate Liaison: Liaise with Cluster/Area & State Managers regarding candidate profiles and suitability.
  • Appointment Booking: Manage appointment booking and diary management for Cluster/Area & State Managers.
  • Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks for suitable candidates to ensure their qualifications and experience align with the role.
  • Reporting and Collation: Report and collate recruitment communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed.
  • Administrative Support: Ensure all administrative functions are completed during the recruitment process, including system updates and quality management.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide ad hoc recruitment administration support to the wider team as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in a similar recruitment administration role.
  • Store Management: Store management experience within the retail industry is essential.
  • Online Advertising: Knowledge of online advertising platforms is required.
  • Applicant Tracking Systems: Experience using Applicant Tracking System programs is preferred but not essential.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail are required.
  • Time Management: The ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and work to tight deadlines is essential.
  • Candidate Care: A passion and drive for delivering exceptional candidate care and a quality recruitment experience every time is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary.
