Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator

The University of Melbourne is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator to support the strategic marketing communication initiatives for the University Colleges and Residential Life portfolio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content to highlight the student accommodation value proposition and experience, sourcing, producing, and distributing marketing materials to attract prospective students, coordinating content planning and production, and organizing events to increase awareness of university accommodation options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing communications strategies to promote the University Accommodation.
- Provide creative input and administrative coordination for marketing activities, including the development of marketing materials, photography and video content, digital applications, and automated email journeys.
- Support the ideation, research, and development of key pieces of editorial content to promote the University Accommodation.
- Identify, source, and produce engaging recruitment collateral, marketing content, and campaign assets for use across publications, web, and email channels.
- Work with colleagues and stakeholders to determine key messages and audiences for communications, and adapt tone and messaging accordingly.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience supporting the implementation and delivery of integrated marketing and communications initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience with creation and production of various campaign creative assets and content for both digital and offline channels.
