- Meet deadlines and operational requirements by completing scheduling activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely database updates.
- Provide clear information regarding services in response to enquiries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments.
- Relevant qualifications in Business or Aged Care.
- Background in the Aged Care sector.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of office processes and data management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
