Job Description

The Role

Position: Permanent Full-Time Location: Canning Vale,WA

In this role, you will work closely with your team to support clients in enhancing their lives by connecting them with the essential service solutions they need. As a valued member of the team, you will report directly to the National Service Centre Manager, contributing to a collaborative and impactful work environment.

Responsibilities Include
  • Delivering service excellence for our customers
  • Monitoring and responding to customer queries using phone, email and messaging systems
  • Work in partnership with the customer to understand their needs and expectations
  • Provide exceptional administrative support and service to our clients and internal staff alike, with duties including; Service Centre call activities and data entry utilising our IT platform Konektiva.
  • Administration of Pre Employment functions from bookings to results processing, data entry and reporting for Injury Management functions.

About You

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confidence in your abilities to be resourceful and adapt in a customer centric environment. You will be energetic, loves helping others and are an upbeat problem solver who also enjoys contributing within a team.

You Will Have
  • Highly developed customer service ability with professional experience in a customer service environment
  • Sound understanding of person centred thinking
  • High attention to detail with strong time management and planning and organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Developed skills using various communication platforms including, phone, email and messaging systems
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, complemented by demonstrated computer proficiency (in particular MS Excel)
